Support groups provide a safe and nurturing space where individuals facing similar challenges can come together to share experiences, offer mutual support, and exchange valuable insights.
In addition to offering individual therapy, Beth also facilitates a monthly support group for women in midlife called Next Chapter.

My focus is on case consultation, learning to apply various therapeutic lenses, self-care, career exploration and anything else that would be useful to the supervisee as they embark on their professional journey.
